The Placement Fee can be paid in USD$ (US DOLLARS) or GBP£ (GREAT BRITISH POUNDS) and will be converted to into USD$ (US DOLLARS) using the exchange rate on the day you book. The stay prices are in USD$ (US DOLLARS).
The minimum stay is two days, although to have a greater experience a longer stay is recommended. Placements begin on either Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. If you would like to start on a different day please contact us before booking your placement.

Meet and Greet
(airport pick-up) $75
The coordinator will collect you from Puyo at 3pm on your start date at the bus terminal. You Volunteer also offers a meet and greet service as an optional extra from Quito airport, allowing you to arrive in comfort and safety.
Included in the meet and greet service:
- Taxi from airport to hostel
- 1 nights accommodation at The Imperial Hostel in Quito
- A meal or packed lunch from The Imperial Hostel in Quito
- A bottle of water
- Taxi to Quito bus terminal
- Bus ticket from Quito to Puyo

Our current vehicle is over 30 years old, and has served us well over the last few years, but its life is coming to an end. We urgently need a new vehicle to help us get to the schools and function properly as a project.
